This year, we will also host the official bib draw live on stage.At the same time, we will honor the dedicated enthusiasts who have been invaluable to the development of alpine skiing with a special honorary award. An evening filled with community, passion, and love for the sport – this is a celebration you won’t want to miss! The evening will be hosted by Kari anne Saude and Kjetil André Aamodt

In connection with Alpine Evening (Legends Night), we offer free admission to standing tables at the back of the hall for guests who wish to attend the official bib draw, which begins at 19:00. (Doors open at 18:30.) No entrance ticket is required.Once the official bib draw has concluded, the event will continue as a ticketed evening program. We therefore kindly ask guests with free admission to leave the hall after the bib draw, so that we can prepare for the remainder of the evening’s program.

The arena opens at 09:00, and is filled with highlights for the whole family. Enjoy entertainment from the cultural stage, collect autographs from the alpine heroes near the finish area, and experience the vibrant atmosphere at the World Cup Square with partner stands, vendors, food, drinks, and exciting competitions.The municipality of Ringebu will also have an information stand at the World Cup Square. For the children, dedicated activities ensure fun all day long, and Jøkul will be spreading joy in the finish area between 10:30 and 12:00!

VIP Club Kvitfjell opens at 09:30, welcoming you with freshly brewed coffee and delicious pastries in Alpine Arena, close to the finish area.At 10:00, we invite you to Race Talk – a 30-minute exclusive conversation with alpine stars, hosted by Kari Anne Saude and Kjetil André Aamodt, offering insights and stories from the World Cup circuit just before the final races.At 10:45, the Men’s Downhill Final begins, followed by an outstanding lunch buffet from 11:30 featuring selected local delicacies.At 12:30, it’s time for the Women’s Downhill Final. In VIP Club, there is a strong chance that race winners and top athletes will join the stage after the competitions.After the races, the day continues with après-ski atmosphere and live music by Le Mont, bringing high energy to Alpine Arena.Throughout the day, you will have access to the VIP bar with included drink units (beer, wine, or soft drinks), as well as the option to purchase additional beverages. At 13:00, our cocktail bar also opens, where Toast Group will serve a specially curated drink menu.The AUDI VIP Shuttle can be booked for a comfortable journey home.Welcome to a day filled with speed, excitement, exclusive entertainment, and first-class dining – right in the heart of the World Cup celebration in Kvitfjell.

Dirty Oppland takes the stage at 16:00, with a DJ warming up the crowd beforehand to keep the energy high. Easy Transport: Buses will run from the finish area to Yttersvingen (Skitorget) immediately after the award ceremony.

Without a doubt Norway’s toughest children’s ski race! It will be staged with full World Cup production standards. The start is at the bottom of Løftet, and the race follows the World Cup course from there to the finish. The course has no turns and the terrain is relatively flat. There will be a dedicated spectator area for participants and families close to the stars during the downhill race.

Enjoy an exclusive four-course menu this evening, followed by a spectacular midnight concert with a pyrotechnic show on the slope behind the venue.

Tyrihanstunet: Après-Ski at Its Best with Live DJs, great vibes, and heated outdoor areas with views of the mountains. We light the fire pits, serve cold drinks, and keep the music going through the World Cup Weekend.
Food All Day; Raclette, pizza, homemade dishes with both hot and cold options. Service available both indoors and outdoors.
Gondolen: Grilled langoustines and champagne will be served, accompanied by a DJ and a fantastic atmosphere.

Kvitfjell Footruck: Every day in the parking area on the east side (mid-station), finger foods such as bratwurst, kebabs, waffles, fries, and hot dogs are served to our guests. Please note: We will also remain open during the midnight concert at Kvitfjell Food House.
