Billetthåndtering og publikumsverter – gi publikum en god start!
Som funksjonærer i billett- og publikumsservice er du blant de første våre gjester møter. Du skanner eller sjekker billetter, gir informasjon om program og innganger, håndterer betaling i billettbod, og sørger for effektiv og vennlig publikumshåndtering – alltid i tett samarbeid med sikkerhet og andre verter.
Rollen passer for deg som er serviceinnstilt, trygg i møte med mennesker og kan håndtere perioder med mye aktivitet. Du får opplæring i billettsystem og rutiner, og jobber alltid sammen med andre frivillige.
Viktig: Frivillige fra land utenfor Norge må ha gyldig yrkesskade- og ulykkesforsikring fra hjemlandet før ankomst.
Ticketing & Audience Hosts – create a great first impression!
As a volunteer in ticketing and audience service, you’re one of the first faces our guests meet. You'll scan or check tickets, provide information about the schedule and entrances, handle payments at the ticket booth, and help manage smooth audience flow – always in close cooperation with the security and host teams.
This role suits someone who enjoys helping others, stays calm when it’s busy, and communicates clearly. We’ll train you in the ticketing system and procedures, and you’ll always work as part of a team.
Important: Volunteers from outside Norway must arrange valid work injury and accident insurance in their home country prior to arrival.
