The Press and Media section is responsible for providing service to all visiting press and media during the event. This includes facilitating access to facilities, providing food and drink, and handling requests from media visitors. It is crucial that the team is welcoming and professional, as they represent the first point of contact for media personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Providing service to visiting press and media, including registration and accreditation.
- Organizing food and drink services for press and media, ensuring it is always available.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and being available to answer questions and handle requests from media visitors.
- Ensuring that the press area is well-equipped with necessary resources, such as Wi-Fi, information, and technical support.
- Communicating effectively in both Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. German skills are an advantage.
- Acting as the face of the event for press and media and representing the event in a positive and professional manner.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and resources to the media.
