The Equipment and Logistics section is an essential part of the organization of the World Cup in Kvitfjell. The team is responsible for the management, maintenance, and coordination of all equipment used in connection with the races.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of and maintaining equipment used during the events, including race equipment, setup, and safety gear.
- Organizing storage, labeling, and quality assurance of all equipment to ensure availability and good condition.
- Coordinating transport and placement of equipment before setup and ensuring that all equipment is in place by agreed times.
- Managing equipment rented from other venues and ensuring it is in good condition before and after use.
- Collecting and organizing all equipment after the event to ensure a tidy and efficient conclusion at the venue.
- Managing equipment rented out to other organizers, including ensuring it is returned in the same condition and quantity as delivered.
