Right in the Action – On the World Cup Course
We’re looking for experienced alpine skiers to join the course crew at the World Cup in Hafjell and Kvitfjell. This is a key, physically demanding role where you’ll work closely with the course team to ensure top conditions before, during, and after the races.
You must be a confident skier, used to steep and challenging terrain, and have alpine experience – this is a firm requirement. Tasks include handling equipment, slipping the course, repairs, and maintenance in all kinds of weather. For those with strong experience, there's also a chance to join the Race Crew – a specialized team for fast, precise course repairs during the races. This role demands top-level skiing, deep course knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure.
Important: Volunteers from outside Norway must arrange valid work injury and accident insurance in their home country before arrival.
Join a dedicated team and help make the World Cup happen – right where it counts, on the mountain!
