Event Office
The Event Office/Race Office is responsible for leading and organizing several central functions during the event. The section works closely with other sections to ensure the successful execution of the World Cup. The responsibilities include both administrative facilitation and direct service to athletes, teams, official participants, and partners. Those working in this section must be professional, service-minded, and ready to handle a varying work pace.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating the race office with associated functions such as the service center, accreditation, ticket sales, and control.
- Planning and coordinating ticket sales.
- Planning and coordinating accreditation.
- Facilitating team captain meetings and assisting the race secretary with administrative support during these meetings.
- Coordinating security needs in collaboration with the head of security.
- Assisting with logistics and transport coordination in collaboration with the transport section.
- Providing service to athletes at the start and finish areas, and assisting FIS, Infront, teams, and other official participants.
- Meeting the needs of partners and sponsors in collaboration with the sponsorship manager.
- Managing the website and public services, including activities for children in the finish area (TBD).
