Event Office – At the Heart of World Cup Operations
As a volunteer in the Event Office at the World Cup in Hafjell and Kvitfjell, you play a vital role in making everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Here, admin, service and logistics come together in close collaboration with organizers, athletes, FIS and partners.
You’ll assist during team captain meetings, support the race secretary, help coordinate transport, and provide service to teams, media and spectators – especially in the start and finish areas. You’ll also share information about public activities and help keep everything on track during busy moments.
We’re looking for someone organized, service-minded, and a team player – fluent in Norwegian and English. Experience is helpful but not required, and you’ll receive all necessary training.
Important: Volunteers from outside Norway must arrange valid work injury and accident insurance in their home country before arriving.
